You may apply the loan with our appointed panel bankers or choose any bank/finance institute of your choice.

Documents required for loan processing by banks/finance institutes:

  1. Employed Applicants
    • Booking receipt of the property purchased
    • Photocopy of title deed if available
    • Photocopy of identity card (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
    • Latest 3 months salary slips
    • Latest 3 months bank accounts statements indicating salary credited
    • Latest tax assessment Form B with receipt
    • Latest EPF statement
    • Other documents as may be required by bank/finance institute
  2. Self-Employed Applicants
    • Booking receipt of the property purchased
    • Photocopy of title deed if available
    • Photocopy of identity card (for Malaysians) or Passport (for non-Malaysians)
    • Company Registration Form i.e. Form 24, Form 49 and M&A or other relevant documents
    • Latest financial statements
    • Latest 3 months bank statements
    • Latest tax assessment
    • Other documents as may be required by bank/finance institute
